I can’t believe how far I’ve come in a few months. Kristin was referred to me by my PT to help recover from an injury and work through disordered eating. My best friend worked with Kristin to help with her ballet training. After I saw how well it worked for her, I wanted to work with her, too. My goal was to lose weight.
